Fort Lauderdale, FL (January 27, 2017) – Don your best Key West style attire and join Fort Lauderdale-based Victory Living Programs for their annual “Cheeseburger in Paradise” fundraiser. The event will be held on Saturday, February 25, 2017 from 6:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. at the beautiful Fort Lauderdale Country Club (415 E Country Club Cir, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33317).
Guests can support a good cause while enjoying an evening filled with dancing, drinks, Sound Fun Karaoke DJ, and of course, a delicious burger bar where you can create your perfect “heaven on Earth with an onion slice,” as Jimmy Buffett would say. In addition, attendees will be able to participate in live and silent auctions.
“We are excited to be hosting our Cheeseburger in Paradise event once again,” said Bobbi Wigand, Executive Director of Victory Living Programs. “This event is casual, fun, and helps us to raise funds to support our various programs – all of which aim to help individuals with developmental disabilities, live, work and play in their communities.”
“Cheeseburger in Paradise” is planned by the AngeLs for Victory. Founded in 2003, AngeLs for Victory is a dedicated group of individuals who plan and host fundraisers throughout the year to benefit Victory Living Programs. Victory Living Programs has been providing supported living, employment, community inclusion/adult day training and social recreational programs for individuals with disabilities in Broward County for more than 40 years.
The cost to attend is $70 for a solo ticket or $120 for a duet and includes the burger bar (chicken will also be available) and two drink tickets good for beer or wine. CLICK HERE to purchase tickets.
