After working in-house as a municipal public information officer for eight years, Laurie M. Ernest-Jones launched Conceptual Communications to help cities strengthen community. Today, the Conceptual Communications team has helped dozens of cities and towns along the eastern seaboard realign their public communications strategies to keep their residents, businesses, and visitors informed.
